1. How long is the delivery time after placing my order?

The products will be delivered to you as soon as possible. Depending on the location, you should be receiving your order within 3-7 business days. We also offer 2-day shipping if available in your region incurring an express surcharge.

2. What are the shipping costs for my order?

Shipping costs for standard ground shipping are $12. All orders above $299 qualify for Free Standard Ground Shipping (3 – 7 business days).

3. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders to be shipped to destinations outside the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.  For ordering our products in other countries, please get in touch with our local distributor. You may find the complete and latest list here.

4. Which payment methods can be used for my order?

When paying your order, you can choose from the following payment methods: Credit card or PayPal. We plan to offer Amazon Pay and Apple Pay soon.

5. Is there a minimum amount I must reach for my order?

No, we do not have a minimum order value. You can order even just one product if you like. All orders to the amount of $299 and above qualify for free shipping.

6. Where is my order?

You will receive a tracking number via e-mail including a link to the detailed status of your delivery with the respective provider (usually FedEx, UPS or DHL Global Mail). You may also reach us via email ([email protected]) for questions regarding your order status.

7. How do I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible via email ([email protected]) and we will do our best to accommodate your request to change or cancel your order. Please keep in mind that the process is fully automated so we cannot promise cancellations or amendments.

10. I’m not sure which product is the right one for my skin type. How do I get advice?

Every skin is different and has its own specialities and demands. Make use of our online skin advisor which can give you a first orientation among the great skin care line of Dr. med. Christine Schrammek derma.cosmetics. While this tool cannot replace a thorough and in depth skin analysis at your beautician or clinic, it still allows for a closer look into the products that seem to be best suited for you and your skin
